I provide counseling for children as young as 9, adolescents, and adults, offering a compassionate and collaborative approach to growth and healing. My work focuses on supporting individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma- and stress-related struggles, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, parenting challenges, life stage transitions, grief, and divorce. Whether working with youth or adults, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can develop self-awareness, enhance their resilience, and move toward meaningful transformation.
